Congelados de Navarra completes its Baby Food Line with organic products

Congelados de Navarra, due to its experience and its close collaboration with the leading manufacturers of baby food, completes its range of vegetables for Baby Food with a selection of organic products for the youngest of the family.

This line of products responds to a growing market demand, where more and more healthy products are added and where one of the most dynamic categories are also the children's vegetable jars.

Vegetables intended for infant feeding require the highest demands on quality and food safety. European legislation requires very strict maximum limits on the use of pesticides and any agrochemical residue, in addition to the total absence of contamination by foreign matter.

Congelados de Navarra controls the whole process of production of frozen vegetables intended for Baby Food. This starts in the field, where Congelados de Navarra supplies the seeds and advises the farmers about which products to use. When the crop is finished, the Agronomy Department performs analysis and certifies that the products are fit for Baby Food.

Within the factory, Congelados de Navarra carries out exhaustive controls both in the reception of the truck as in the production process and in the control of the frozen final product.

Congelados de Navarra goes further and launches a range of vegetables with ecological (organic) certification adapted for the food Industry channel. Ecological frozen vegetables are characterized by the total absence of any pesticide or phytosanitary in their production process.

Peas, Broccoli, Carrot, Green Beans, Parsnip, Potato, Red Pepper, Sweet Potato and Onion are some of the products that make up the Baby Food Catalog of Congelados de Navarra.
