CONGELADOS DE NAVARRA first company in the food sector to achieve the certification endorsing the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in its own Management System
Fustiñana, 1st of July 2022- Congelados de Navarra obtained the certification that its CSR Management System is in line with the following Sustainable Development Goals:
- Zero Hunger (SDG 2)
- Good Health & Wellbeing (SDG 3)
- Clean Water and Sanitation (SDG6)
- Affordable and clean energy (SDG7)
- Decent work and economic growth (SDG8)
- Industry, innovation and infrastructure (SDG9)
- Reduced inequalities (SDG10)
- Responsible consumption and production (SDG12)
- Life on land (SDG15)
- Peace, justice and strong institutions (SDG16)
- Partnerships for the goals (SDG17)
The company submitted its activity and management system to an external audit performed by Bureau Veritas focused on verifying the coherence, balance, reliability, accuracy and completeness of the information included in their sustainability report.
Conscious of the responsibility that we have as a business in terms of environmental, social and economic sustainability, CN group has evaluated its management, reaffirmed its compromises and established action plans directed and the continuous strengthening of its alignment with the SDGs in its present and future development.
Positive impact in the environmental, social and economic sustainability
