Congelados de Navarra consolidates its position in Food Quality and Safety

At Congelados de Navarra we continue to insist on complying with the regulations and good practices so that our customers receive the quality they deserve.

An example of this are the good results achieved in 2016, a year in which we have obtained excellent ratings from our customer audits.

In the case of TESCO, one of our biggest customers worldwide, we managed to become the first company supplying frozen foods to achieve the BLUE level. Likewise BRC Global Standard has awarded Congelados de Navarra an excellent rating, Level AA. The certification standard has been developed to help distributors and retailers to comply with the statutory requirements for food safety and ensure the maximum level of protection for consumers.

The efforts to achieve the highest levels of quality have also been rewarded by IFS Food which awarded Congelados de Navarra the rating Level High - 98 %. IFS Food is a food quality and safety standard that is very important for all food manufacturers, especially those that produce private brands, because they contain many requirements relating to compliance with specifications.
